The Haverhill league players can now take part in the County and Inter League team events. These include the main County teams for men, ladies and juniors (under 18s).  County matches are played February to December, once a month on a Sunday, at the Cambridge Snooker Centre (CSC), Coldhams Lane, Cambridge. Please see the map below for details of where the CSC is located.

County trials are usually held in January each year for men, ladies & youths.  Successful trialists currently have to pay £27 (£12 for juniors) for annual EPA membership, team shirt and general team running costs.

All Haverhill league players are encouraged to support both the County team squads and the Inter League. There is also an over 50s county team event for any who are interested, played at the regular county team matches.

The EPA is split into 8 regions with Region 4 covering East Anglia. The teams in Region 4 are Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Essex, Suffolk, Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire. All teams are played twice in a county fixture season, following a normal home and away league fixture format.

County membership also allows the league to enter a team into the county Inter League.  This is where a team is assembled to represent the TIPL, not one particular venue.  The league will be joining this league and assembling a team in due course.  Team members who are not county players need to pay a £12 EPA registration fee and supply a digital photo for ID cards at the start of the season.  The league committee will be in touch in due course to organise all this.

The league and league knock out cup events will be played at the CSC over a few Sundays with the knock out cup being the first fixture of the season.  It’s a good event with nearly all of the teams present in one venue at one time.
